Just another quick update on the progress of the Portfolio. I've now finished the homepage and tied up the loose ends on the loading stage too.I've animated all of the buttons for the site so they fade to black on rollover.
Also, I've added a dynamically controlled news section on the bottom right corner of the homepage where I can post updates and news about what's new. The source is a text file which I can change whenever and the content will automatically load the next time the homepage loads. This avoids having to change the .fla source file every time I want to add something. I've added a custom scrollbar here aswell which works quite well.
Also, to keep the site maintainable, I will most likely be using XML for the Portfolio page so that I can edit and change areas as and where it is needed. I still have a bit to do but I'm going to try and get the sixth artefact done for PRP module before I make any more progress with this.
